Take the Italian Autostrada A1: Milan – Modena – Bologna – Firenze – in the direction of Rome. If you come from Rome, take the A1 in the direction of Firenze – Bologna. Exit this highway at the Valdichiana exit (about 90 KM after Florence coming from the North, or about 150 KM after Rome coming from the south). Having paid the toll you keep to the right and follow directions for Perugia, towards the SS75 or “Raccordo Perugia – A1 Bettole”. After a few 100 metres you will enter the SS75. This is the provincial highway (no toll), connecting Siena and Perugia. Follow this highway in the direction of Perugia. After 2.5 kms, take the exit Foiano della Chiana.
Turn right at the bottom of the exit getting onto the 'SP28 Cortona-Siena'. Keep following this road for 10 minutes where you turn right to Ronzano, keep following this road until you end up at Fratticciola about 5 minutes later. The agriturismo is in the centre of the small hamlet, but the main entrance is a bit outside the hamlet. Arriving at Fratticciola, go left towards Cortona. At the bottom of the hill, the entrance for the agriturismo is on your right hand side. It is a lane with trees leading back uphill.
Arriving from Cortona - Camucia - Arezzo, one takes the road from Camucia to Fratta (in Fratta is a hospital "ospedale"). Arriving at the roundabout in Fratta go straight ahead in the direction of Fratticciola where you will arrive 5 minutes later. Before going up to the village on your left hand side you will find the entrance, a lane with trees leading up to the agriturismo.

In Camucia there are several larger supermarkets that are also open on Sunday morning. In Fratticciola itself is a small grocery shop that has fresh bread in the morning. Mind that most bread is without salt. Ask for "pane salato" if you prefer bread with salt. "Pane integrale" or "pane con cereali" is brown bread which usually has salt.
In Fratta is the local hospital and also here is a grocery store.
In the centre of Camucia there is a pharmacy, a bakery, butcher, cloths shops, several bars, postoffice, banks etc. Every Thursday morning there is a large market in the centre of Camucia (fresh food, cloths etc.).
In Arezzo, every first weekend of the month there is a rather large antique market. The Sr71 leads from Camucia directly to Arezzo. You’ll find the signs easily.
Near the exit of the A1 is the Outlet Village Valdichiana. Driving towards the A1 along the “Raccordo Perugia – Bettole” or SS75, you will see the signs. Exit, as if you want to go to Rome and Florence and go the right at the bottom of the exit, rather then to the left for the highway. This Outlet Village has a good choice of quality clothes at good prices. At the info point in the centre (near the toilets) you can get a one day shopping card that allows for discounts in most shops. Note, though, that quite a few offer these discounts during the week, but not in the weekend.
In Camucia is a railwaystation with direct connection to Arezzo, Florence and Rome.
