In a valley at the foothill of Cortona is this lovely residence, next to the local church and built in a reconstructed convent. When arriving one hears the birds singing and is surrounded by the green scenery of the well-kept park.

The fenced swimming pool is in this park, as well as a barbecue area and a volleyball net. The pool is 1.50 meters deep and 5 by 10 meters in an oval shape. Surrounded by natural stone, grass, plants, and trees. Roman stairs lead into the pool.

When entering the building, you easily recognize the antique cloister, now surrounded by apartments. To the far end of the internal square is the entrance to the apartment Condo Cortona. It is on the ground floor and has a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. In the kitchen, one cooks on induction. There is a large refrigerator with a freezer and a dishwasher. You can also do a wash in the washing machine.

There is wifi internet and satellite television. There are two electrical heating elements. There is no private terrace, but outside in the courtyard is a table and chairs that can be used, as well as near the barbecue in the garden. There is a basket in the house with all utensils you need to eat outside. Parking for your car is inside the gates. 

The residence has 30 apartments but is always quiet. An ideal place for a couple to retreat, enjoy a good book by the pool, and explore Tuscany and Umbria. 

Cortona and Camucia are both only 10 minutes by car. There is a local grocery store less than a kilometer away.

Arezzo 40 minutes, Montepulciano 40 minutes, Siena 1 hour, Passignano sul Trasimeno 20 minutes, Castiglione del Lago 20 minutes, Perugia 45 minutes, Assisi 1 hour.
