Elegantly furnished holiday rentals with a tennis court and swimming pool close to the medieval village Montone (Northern Umbria).  Beautifully situated with breathtaking views, ample space around the holiday rentals, peaceful and quiet, yet centrally located and easy to reach.

Each of these holiday rentals is furnished with taste and offers a lot of space. The rentals are for 2 to 6 guests. There are 3 rental units. 

Apart from the tennis court and swimming pool, Montone rental also has two ping-pong tables. The swimming pool is 6 by 12 meters and 1.60 meters deep.

Each holiday rental has a private terrace with outdoor furniture for alfresco dining. Around the swimming pool, recliners and sun beds are available, as well as umbrellas. The well-maintained garden has large flat grass areas and furthermore local herb borders and where necessary lovely hedges to provide further privacy for guests.

The holiday rentals share a washing machine (against payment) and a barbecue is available for general use. Each rental has a normal television. A cot and high chair are available upon request.

The owner's family also lives on the premises and makes use of the pool. They are grandparents and two sons with their families. The pool opens from half of May until the end of September.
