This agriturismo with holiday apartments for rent is set in the hills not far from Città di Castello. The owners run a farm and a small restaurant for guests' use only. The position high on a hilltop overlooking the Tiber valley is very tranquil and relaxing.

There is a pool for use by the guests of the farm and a small restaurant where the Italian owners serve home-cooked meals prepared with their own produce. There are 7 apartments for rent, sharing a swimming pool 6 m x 12 m  surrounded by a well-kept garden. In the borgo are also houses of other owners who live here all year, they have their own entrance and do not use the pool.

The organic agriturismo is spread over several old buildings, which once belonged to the castle and were part of the village of Trevine. Now nothing remains of the castle but the name refers to its three towers. The only other buildings remaining are an old stone Fattoria (farm) and the ruins of some old typically Umbrian houses.

This agriturismo is located on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, southwest of Città di Castello. From here you can visit the art and cultural cities of both Umbria and Tuscany. For example: Arezzo 1 hour, San Sepolcro 30 minutes, Città di Castello 20 minutes, Perugia 50 minutes, Assisi 1 hour. The nearest villages are Gioiello, 5 minutes, San Secondo 10 minutes and Monte Santa Maria Tiberina 15 minutes away.

Part of the property is used for farming. The guests at Borgo Trevine will find a restaurant, where most products served are homegrown and the spaghetti, ravioli, etc. are homemade. The owners run the restaurant themselves, for guests of the farm only. 

For guests arriving on Saturday and staying at least one week, the owners offer free breakfast on Sunday morning. In the evening you can eat at the restaurant (prices vary from Eur 18 to Eur 25). During the summer season, the restaurant is open on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. 

All apartments have a living room with a kitchen corner and bathroom. Two apartments have one bedroom, three have two bedrooms and one has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Most apartments have a private terrace with outside furniture.

The apartments Rosa, Rocca and Belvedere share the same entrance and indoor staircase leading up to the three apartments. The apartment Rosa has its garden table and chairs next to this entrance. Rocca and Belvedere each have their own balcony near the kitchen.

A washing machine is available. There is a barbecue area near the pool. Wifi internet is possible in the houses and in the common area of the restaurant. There is a playroom with table tennis and a table soccer game.
