This luxurious private villa for holiday near Todi is a modern villa, completely built to the wishes of the owners who also stay here regularly. From the road one can already spot the house, but by no means can you imagine how spacious it is. Both the house and the gardens are impressive and meant for a family to spend some happy moments here.

The front door opens up into the spacious and modern living room. To one side of the living room is the well-equipped kitchen fitted with a dishwasher, a freezer, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave and a cooking hob with 5 burners (gas). From the kitchen, a door opens up to one of the outside terraces with table and chairs.

From the living room, a staircase goes up to the top floor, that has one master bedroom and a bathroom with shower. 

A corridor from the living room leads to 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two rooms have single beds and two rooms have a double bed. One of the bathrooms has a bath tub, the other bathrooms have a shower. 

To one side of the living room is a second covered terrace with table and chairs.

There is air-conditioning in all rooms on this floor and a music system that can connect an iPod, phone or Mp3 is installed throughout the house.

From the living room, a staircase goes down to the tavern. This is a big space underneath the complete house that is used for family gatherings. There is a bar, an extra large open fireplace, a large television with satellite connection, a disco area, a snooker table, table soccer and some toys for children. This enormous tavern has an extra toilet and to one side is the second kitchen, completely equipped. Behind this kitchen is the 6th bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. This bedroom and bathroom can also host a person in a wheelchair. It has direct access to the outside.

From the tavern, there are several doors opening up to a very large garden with the swimming pool that measures 14 by 6 metres and is from 1.30 to 2.50 metres deep. A cascade goes down in a second swimming pool of 6 diameters. To one side of the pool is the outside jacuzzi. Near the pool also is an outdoor kitchen.

Important information regarding the SPA:

Internally connected to the tavern, and with outside access to the garden, is the spa area. One can use the spa only after specific reservation, at least one month in advance, and one pays €500 extra for this (minimum of 3 days, 1.5 hrs a day). There is an internal bubble bath, sauna, Turkish bath, colour therapy and more.

Extra fees:

Upon arrival one pays €150 per week extra for final cleaning, as well as the tourism tax of €1,50 per person >16 yrs and for 4 nights.
