Near the small village of Valtopina going up the hill is this modern holiday home that can accomodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms. There is a lovely private pool immediately in front of the house with ample covered terraces and a whirlpool.

The village of Valtopina is below the hill at 5 minutes driving, with all you need for your first necessities: grocery store, bar, restaurant, bank. At only 20 minutes is the town of Foligno with its shops, bars and cosy town centre. Foligno is quite a lively little town, not yet discovered by the masses of tourists. Every year by the end of September it hosts a famous food festival, the Primi d'Italia.

The modern Villa Valtopina is privately situated and has a pool with a covered terrace and bar to one side. There is a whirlpool behind the house. The chairs and sun beds are all of good quality. The pool measures 5 by 10 metres and is 1.20 metres deep.

The villa is 180 sqm, divided in 2 floors.

On the ground floor is the spacious living room with a modern kitchen next to it. In the living room is a television with SkyTV. The kitchen has a large refrigerator with freezer, a gascooker, a dishwasher and all utensils you need to cook a meal for family and friends.

Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with a sink and toilet, and the washing machine.

Going up the internal staircase are the four bedrooms. Three of these have a double bed and one also has its own private balcony. The fourth bedroom has a comfortable bunkbed. Each bedroom has a fan.

On this floor is an extra large bathroom with a spacious shower and a bubble bath for two people.

The pool is open from the beginning of June to the end of September.
