The A Montefalco holiday rental has 5 apartments with air conditioning, sharing a swimming pool. It is within walking distance from  Montefalco in the center of Umbria and is famous for its Sagrantino wines.  The A Montefalco holiday rental has beautiful wide views overlooking the valley towards Foligno, Spello, and Spoleto.

The garden at A Montefalco is very well maintained and guests are welcome to take some vegetables from the vegetable garden. The pool is 6 by 12  meters and slowly gets deeper until a maximum of 1.40 meters.

At the back of the holiday rental, a very old spring that used to be frequented by Saint Francis is still visible. Occasionally some local people collect water here.

An event not to be missed is the "Mercato delle Gaite" in Bevagna, 15 minutes from Montefalco, every year in June.

All  5 apartments of A Montefalco have one bedroom, air conditioning (one pays extra for this), mosquito nets, television, and wifi. The apartments are furnished in a  fresh and modern way.

Apartments 1, 2, and 3 are on the ground floor and have a private terrace in front of the door. Apartments 4 and 5 are on the first floor and have a table and chairs in the common garden.

The swimming pool is open in the months of June, July, August, and September.
