At Lake Trasimeno, in between the villages of Tuoro sul Trasimeno and  Passignano sul Trasimeno is this old convent and farm, agriturismo, which was inhabited by locals until the end of the last century. It has been transformed into a holiday home with 8 apartments and is beautifully situated amidst fields of corn, sunflowers and olive trees.

The apartments have been restored with care and a romantic garden has been created all around. In the middle of this beautiful garden proudly stands the old convent and farm, with its old chapel and the modern swimming pool to one side (6m by 12m and 0.9m to 1.50m depth).

Towns like Perugia (35km) and Assisi (45km) in Umbria and Cortona in Tuscany (18 km) are easy to reach. 

There is a ping pong table, a volleyball net, and wifi internet.

Apart from the apartment La Cantina, all apartments have an open fireplace. All kitchens have a 4-pits gas stove, an oven, and a large fridge with a freezer. All bathrooms have a shower. All apartments have air conditioning. Each apartment has garden furniture, deck chairs, sunbeds, and an umbrella. There is a washing machine for general use on the premises, as well as a covered parking space.

The pool is open from May until the end of September.
