The Agriturismo Umbria is just south of Perugia, not far from Deruta, known for the production of the typical local ceramics. It is centrally located to explore Umbria.

The farm is divided into two separate areas.

The owners first restored the old farm where they live and have made 4 elegant apartments. It is set in a lovely flat garden with a large swimming pool.

The apartments on the first floor have a private balcony to dine al fresco. The ground-floor apartment has a spacious covered terrace. Each apartment on this holiday farm has air conditioning. The bathrooms have showers and a hairdryer (on the wall). Each kitchen has a built-in fridge, an oven, an American coffee maker, and a 4-ring gas cooker.

The pool is 18 by 6 meters and has a shallow end ideal for small children.  There is also a whirlpool in the pool. The garden has several shady corners with comfortable outside furniture. There is a small playground for the children, a table tennis table, and a bocce court.

Recently three completely new cabins were made, with a second swimming pool, immediately next to the farm. This swimming pool is 16 by 4 meters and 1.40 meters deep.  These cabins have very modern furniture and look out over the surrounding fields. One of these cabins is a studio for two guests only, the other two have a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. All three have a covered terrace immediately in front of the entrance door.

Like the other apartments, there is air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen in each house. 

When renting one of the apartments at Agriturismo Umbria from May to September, breakfast is included. During this period you can also dine in the restaurant where a 10% discount applies to guests of the agriturismo.

There is a tennis court 300 meters distance which the owners can book for you.

The swimming pools are open from May through September.

There are two charging stations for electric vehicles (against payment).

Wifi and air conditioning are included.
