The properties are a 10-minute easy drive from the medieval Spoleto. The antique borgo is set in unspoiled hills and easy to reach, yet peaceful and quiet. These vacation rentals are a real joy to be in and around. The restoration has been done with love for the environment, creating unique properties with all comfort you need. The gardens are maintained up to the finest detail and are full of flowers and local herbs.

These authentic vacation homes close to Spoleto have a shared pool, table tennis, and table soccer (in a separate area of the garden). There is a barbecue area with a pizza oven. Recently a private park has been added with tables and benches for a picnic, swings, a small soccer field, and a trampoline. From 2024, a tennis court will also be available.

Each house has a smart TV, WiFi, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an American coffee maker, and an espresso machine. The kitchens have dishwashers, ovens, 4 pit hobs, a toaster, fridge/freezer combinations, and all utensils needed to prepare a real Italian meal. Except for the Casa Piscina all houses have air conditioning.

Each rental has a spacious private garden and/or terrace. Only the Casa del Vicolo has a balcony.
