Casa Elena, private holiday home in town with pool

The Belgian-owned holiday home Casa Elena is situated in a residential area within walking distance from the center of Tuoro sul Trasimeno, and from an excellent restaurant. The private pool in the enclosed garden is a treat on hot summer days.

The semi-detached holiday home is fully furnished and very well-appointed. The entrance to the garden with the pool and the house is completely private. There is free wifi in the house.

The pool is 4 by 8 by 1,50 meters deep and has Roman stairs. There is a spacious terrace next to it with sunbeds and recliners and a dining table for 6.

The village can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. There is a small grocery store, three bars, a newspaper stand, a butcher, and a bakery. There are a couple of restaurants in the village and just a bit further down the hills are two supermarkets and a pharmacy.

Driving distances from the house into Umbria:
Passignano sul Trasimeno 10 minutes, Castiglione del Lago 15 minutes, Perugia 30 minutes, Assisi 50 minutes, Gubbio 1 hour, Orvieto 1 hour and 15 minutes

Driving distances from the house into Tuscany:
Cortona 30 minutes, Montepulciano 40 minutes, Arezzo and Siena 1 hour, Bettolle/exit A1 20 minutes

One enters the premises of the holiday home via an automatic gate. There is parking for one car in the shade. Behind the parking area is the garden with the pool.

There is an outside staircase with 16 steps to get to the entrance. One enters the house in the living room. To the right are a few steps leading up to the two bedrooms sharing one bathroom (with a walk-in rain shower, a toilet, and a basin). There is another small bathroom with a toilet and shower. The bedrooms both have double beds and ample closet space.

The pleasantly furnished living room has a comfortable sofa and two chairs, a satellite smart TV, and an open fireplace.

The open plan kitchen is situated next to the living area and is fitted with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, big fridge with freezer, and 4 pit cooking hub.

The living room and kitchen have doors to the balcony with a view of Lake Trasimeno. The balcony has a table with stools. There is an awning on the balcony.

All windows have fly screens and there is air conditioning.
