Casale Assisi, spacious and luxurious villa with pool

In the heart of Umbria, near the famous town of Assisi is this spacious private villa, sleeping 10 comfortably in 5 spacious bedrooms,  each with its own bathroom.

Casale  Assisi is a completely restored country home at the foothill of Assisi,  near the Bosco di San Francesco. One can actually walk to this park in  20 minutes and from here up the hill to Assisi which is a pleasant and quiet walk. By car, the center of Assisi and the Basilica di San  Francesco can be reached within 10 minutes.

Around the house is a  large garden in the midst of the green Umbrian hills with views all around. The pool is 14 by 7 meters and 1.20 meters deep. This is one of the most well-equipped private homes for guests in a wheelchair, with an internal elevator, a fully equipped bedroom with a bathroom, and a ramp towards the pool.

The owner is an  Italian teacher specializing in the Italian language for foreigners. If anyone wants some lessons, this can be organized.

One enters the ground floor in the living room with comfortable sofas and a wood stove. Around the corner is the spacious kitchen with a large dining table. There is a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, an electrical oven, a microwave, and a 4-pit gas stove. In the corner is an open fireplace at the working level.

On this same floor on the other side of the living room is one of the bedrooms with twin beds and a bathroom with a shower. In the living room, a winding staircase goes up to the attic with a large bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bath and shower in the bath.

Going down the stairs from the living room one arrives at the ground floor. This floor can also be reached with an internal elevator in case one has difficulties walking the stairs. Here is a large double bedroom to one side with a bathroom with a shower.

To the other side are two bedrooms, connected by each other. One has two single beds and a bathroom with a shower, the other has a double bed and a  bathroom with a shower and bath. The latter room is easily accessible for wheelchair users and also the bathroom has been adapted for that purpose. This room also has direct access to the garden.

On the lower floor is an extra space with a washing machine and a dryer. In the garden is a barbecue and a pizza oven.

The pool is open from the end of May until the end of September.
