This authentic farmhouse has been converted into a vacation rental with a swimming pool. It is ideal for family vacations in Umbria between Tuoro and Passignano sul Trasimeno and within easy reach of both Umbria and Tuscany.

There are 4  apartments for rent, each with 2 bedrooms. It is set in a well-maintained flat garden. One apartment is on the first floor with a spacious terrace in front of the door. Three apartments are on the ground floor. The owners also live here.

The swimming pool is 14 by 6 meters and 1,5m deep. There is a shower and a fence around the pool (rope). There are sun beds and comfortable chairs and the olive trees around the pool provide the necessary shade.

The farmhouse is situated in a small village without shops and with one bar at walking distance. There also is a local farm selling locally produced fruit and vegetables. Shops and restaurants are 2-3 kilometres away in Passignano sul Trasimeno and Tuoro.

There is a separate space with a washing machine for common use.
