Umbrian Villa, large private holiday home with pool

The Umbrian villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for 10+2 guests. It is an excellent holiday home for groups of friends or larger families. The central location not far from Perugia makes it an ideal starting point to explore Umbria.

Based between Città di Castello, Gubbio, and Perugia, you are only 10 minutes from the highway connecting Umbria to Tuscany. Enjoy your Umbrian stay in this spacious villa with a private pool and excellent views over the hills.

The substantial driveway is lined with old olive trees and you can (manually) close the gate to the house, to enjoy your holiday in even more privacy. There is ample parking before reaching the house. Immediately around the villa, pots with flowers and plants are scattered around, and a wide gravel path leads to the swimming pool which has been built on the other side of the house, on a higher level.

The pool is very pretty, with a low edge towards the valley which makes the view also from within the pool an absolute joy. The terrace around the swimming pool is made of natural stone and there is a good space to enjoy both sun and shade. The pool measures 5m by 10m and is 1.50m deep

This Umbria rental villa has 5 ensuite bedrooms. One bedroom is on the ground floor and is suitable for wheelchair users. The other 4 bedrooms are upstairs and you get here by using the outside staircase. All bedrooms have double beds.

There is wifi internet. No television.

Each bedroom has a bathroom with a shower and there is an additional bathroom for general use on the ground floor.

Next to the house and close to the kitchen is a spacious covered terrace to enjoy dinner outside in the company of friends and family.
