Why haven't we received a reply yet?
I respond to emails within 24 hours, usually faster. But unfortunately, spam filters can sometimes block my reply. Therefore, check your spam folder as well. If you can’t find anything, please resend your email or call me.
What are the arrival and departure times?
  • Arrival: from 4 to 7 pm. Do you need an earlier or later arrival time? Let me know and I’ll try to arrange something.
  • Departure: Always before 10 am. This cannot be adjusted as the property needs to be cleaned for new guests.
Do you always have to arrive on Saturday?
In the high season, Saturday is the standard changeover day. There are exceptions for some properties; feel free to ask. In spring and autumn you can arrive at most houses whenever you want, even during the week.
How does the booking process work?
You can book in three ways:

  • By email: Send me your requirements and the period and I will find the best options for you.
  • Online: Choose an availability in the calendar and fill in the request form. I will confirm after contacting the owner.
  • By phone: Discuss your requirements with me. I will advise you and finalise the booking via email.
Can you take an option on a holiday home?
Yes, I can usually place an option for one or a few days. How long this can be done depends on the time of year.
What happens in case of cancellation?
The cancellation conditions vary from owner to owner, but in principle, you will not get your payment back. Sometimes your deposit is refunded if I can re-rent the house. An administration fee may then apply, the details are in the rental agreement. Taking out cancellation insurance is recommended.
Do we have to pay a deposit on arrival?

To ensure the safety and quality of our holiday homes, we cooperate with TRUVI, a leading provider of guest screening. Before the booking starts, your details will be verified.

Depending on the house booked, you either pay a non-refundable damage waiver or a deposit through TRUVI, or you have to bring the deposit in cash and hand it to the owner on arrival.

Something can always break. If you paid the damage waiver through TRUVI, any damage is automatically covered. Report your problem as soon as possible and we will solve it together with the owner even during your stay and before new guests arrive.

Are passport details required?
According to Italian law, all guests must be registered with the local authorities. Therefore, we do indeed ask for passport details of all travellers before arrival.
Are dogs allowed in the holiday home?
In some houses they are, but always ask in advance. A surcharge usually applies. Here you can see where your four-legged friend is welcome. Please note that dogs are not allowed on beds, sofas or in the pool. Let your dog out outside the premises and clean up neatly if necessary. To be on the safe side, bring a muzzle for places where it may be compulsory, such as public transport. Don’t forget your dog’s passport with a chip and vaccinations too!
Is there WiFi in the holiday homes?
Yes, all holiday homes offer WiFi. Specific information is listed in the description of each accommodation.
Are the holiday homes equipped with air conditioning or heating?
This varies per accommodation. All houses have heating (for a fee), and air conditioning may sometimes be available. Please check the details per accommodation.
Are there any extra costs in addition to the rental price?
Any additional costs, such as final cleaning or energy consumption, will be mentioned at the time of booking and are described on the website.
What do we do if we arrive later than planned?
Arrival arrangements are made in advance. In case of a delay, you can contact me to find a solution.
