Last weekend we had visitors over and decided to go to Panicale, a lovely village near Lake Trasimeno and even better to visit for an occasion like the “Fili in Trama”: International Fair of embroidery and lace. I am not particularly into embroidery and lace but must say that the work these -mainly- ladies do is impressive. One needs a lot of skill, patience and foremost a passion for this type of handcraft.
