This year we, Villa in Umbria, are organising for our guests a visit to the Montelabate abbey. This is a unique possibility to view this recently restored abbey, usually closed for visitors. After the brief visit we will taste some of the locally made products of the abbey (olive oil, wine and cheese).

In May and June we have few guests and the minimum number of people needed to make the visits possible is 15 … therefore if you are in Umbria and would like to join us , please let me know (preferably a week before so the caretaker of the abbey has enough time to prepare the visit.). The visits are every Monday at 11.30 hrs.
