Winter Gardening in Italy

Dec 23, 2009 | General | 0 comments

At the end of this summer we put up a small greenhouse that we got from a good friend. Unfortunately it wasn’t in very good state but we got it standing up anyway. It even withstands these blighted winds we have here now and then!
The greenhouse protects different type of wintersalads, Rucola and Mache (Verte de Cambrai). We also put in some chinese vegetables which are quite able to deal with the wintercold. Off now to check what the snow has done to our wintercrop.
